Privacy and launch updates
Draft for owner review · November 4, 2026
What we ask for
We ask for your email address to notify you about the GigMakr freelancer launch. You may optionally share your first name, country, comma-separated talents and skills, and freelance or creative platforms you have used. We record the consent checkbox and submission timestamp. Email addresses are not verified merely by submitting this form.
How we use it
We intend to use these details only for the requested launch and related community updates, not to create a seller account or promise earnings.
Where the information is stored
When activated, signup details are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for GigMakr. Cloudflare Turnstile protects submissions. We may later use a third-party email delivery service to send consented launch updates; that service will be identified before mailing. Privacy requests are stored separately in D1 for manual review. We do not receive your conversations with external AI services.
Third-party services
Clicking an AI assistant takes you to that provider's website, where its own policies apply. Our main campaign images are hosted with the website. Web fonts and AI service favicons may load from third parties, which may receive ordinary technical request information.
Your choices
Any promotional emails we send will include an unsubscribe mechanism. You can also request access, erasure or suppression of your information using the form below. Requests enter a review queue; email ownership must be verified before details are disclosed or deleted. Submitting a privacy request does not automatically delete or suppress a record. The operator must act on requests and applicable privacy rights.
Before public launch: Add the legal business name, a privacy contact method, a retention period and any required jurisdiction-specific disclosures. This is a draft policy.
